TERMS & CONDITIONS Order If you wish to order send an email, with subject "order and model name", including your name, address and telephone number. You will receive a reply with more information within 72 hours. Prices are not including transportation, insurance and local taxes. You will be invoiced for 40% of the price when placing the order. The balance plus packing&shipping and insurance costs are payable when bicycle is ready and prior to shipment. In case of cancellation the deposit of 40% is retained. Specifications FlavioDeslandes reserves the right to change specifications at any time without notice, until an order is placed and the 40% of the price payed. Components specs may change without notice. Warranty Limited warranty of manufacture fail of 24 months for the frame and 24 months for components or according to component manufacturer from date of purchase registered in the invoice. In case of any failure due to misuse of the bicycle, the warranty is not applicable. The bicycles are intended to be used for city biking. FlavioDeslandes shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injury, losses or damage caused by use of the bicycle, being that of responsibility of the owner. The Warranty does not cover normal wear, bad use, wrong assembling operation, problem caused by incompatibility with other bicycle parts, failure due to alters of original product.
